Erwin Wirtz is in charge of institutional, professional investors in the field of commercial and residential property at WM Wirtz & Müller Immobilien KG. He also accompanies his clients regarding financing & structuring processes. The focus is on the following assets: office, retail and housing.

Erwin Wirtz was investor in the field of commercial real estate and housing construction. From 2009 to 2010 he worked as managing director for the Südwestdeutsche Immobilien Anlagegesellschaft mbH, Stuttgart (housing  construction portfolio includes 93 appartment buildings, 428 housing units in the Rhine-Erft district).

Previously, Erwin Wirtz was director interbank dealings/currency management at ABN AMRO Bank Deutschland AG in the head office in Cologne. During his position as head of customer trading, interest and currency management, he was responsible for consulting institutional and company clients. Later on, he took responsibility for the entire trading, interest and currency management and handled the market and product strategy. He took advanced training courses in London and Amsterdam. The foundation for his career was laid during his successfully completed training as a bank clerk at banking house Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie., Cologne. He also graduated from Sal Oppenheims inhouse academy of banking and worked several years as banker for the well-known banking house.

At WM Wirtz & Müller Immobilien KG, Rainer Müller supports and advises mainly corporate clients, which includes providing advice during structuring and financing processes. He focuses on optimizing on-balance-sheet strutures, i.e. through sale & rent or lease back models.

Rainer Müller holds a number of advisory board positions in German companies.

Previously he was Finance Director Europe/CFO at GKN Group, Automotive Driveline Division, in Birmingham/UK and Germany.

He worked as head of department at Mannesmann AG, Headquarter Düsseldorf and Mannesmann Kronprinz AG, Solingen.
